• Computer literate.
• Preferred experience with QA equipment.

Job description

Report to Quality Assurance Junior Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection using visual methods or QA equipment such as calipers, CMM, laser scanners, etc.
• Input all inspection data into the checksheet and obtain supervisor approval.
• Report any non-conformities to the supervisor and relevant parties.
• Ensure measuring tools and equipment are calibrated and safely stored.
• Maintain inspection records in an organized and tidy manner.
• Liaise with Production to clear work‑in‑progress and improve turnaround.
• Update the Daily QA Report regularly.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5’S standards on the shop floor.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and shop‑floor rules consistently.
• Adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health laws, regulations, and standard practices.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Department Head from time to time.

Qualifications
