Cluster Branding & Communications Manager
To support Cluster Director in proactively supervising the development and execution of integrated marketing, branding, and communications strategies across three distinct hotel properties, ensuring alignment with corporate standards while driving measurable business impact. The role will unify messaging across owned, earned, and paid channels while scaling the function through data‑driven optimization and cross‑property collaboration.
Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement omni‑channel marketing plans that blend digital, PR, and on‑property activations to elevate brand positioning and revenue goals.
- Lead campaign ideation to execution, including content creation, media partnerships, and performance tracking for initiatives (e.g., hotel openings, seasonal promotions).
- Collaborate with revenue management and sales teams to align campaigns with pricing strategies and demand periods.
- Oversee digital PR strategies, including media relations, influencer collaborations, and thought leadership programs to amplify brand visibility.
- Monitor and optimize online reputation (OTAs, social media, review platforms) through proactive engagement and crisis response protocols.
- Leverage owned platforms (website, newsletters) to drive direct bookings and loyalty program growth.
Business Impact & Performance Tracking
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign ROI (e.g., conversion rates, engagement lift, cost per acquisition).
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage budget allocation with a focus on high‑impact channels and cost efficiency.
Team Leadership & Cross‑Property Synergies
- Mentor on‑property marketing teams, fostering collaboration and best‑practice sharing across the cluster.
- Streamline workflows through centralized tools (e.g., shared content calendars, asset libraries) to improve efficiency.
- Partner with corporate teams (Accor/ownership) to align local activations with global brand initiatives.
- Step in where necessary to fulfil urgent execution gaps across teams when hotel properties have important campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–7 years in integrated marketing (hospitality, lifestyle, or agency), with expertise in digital PR, performance marketing, and brand strategy.
- Strategic & Analytical: Proven ability to develop data‑driven strategies and pivot based on performance insights.
- Execution Excellence: Hands‑on experience managing campaigns end‑to‑end (briefing creatives, media buying, reporting).
- Leadership: Strong collaborator who can align cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing platforms, and social listening tools.
- Language: Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
