Job Title: Cloud Security Operations Manager

Location: KL

Salary: RM9,000 - RM18,000

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations specifically focused on Microsoft 365 workloads
• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 security tooling, including Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Cloud App Security.
• Define, enforce, and manage critical data security policies such as DLP, Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management.
• Oversee and maintain security baselines, endpoint protection (e.g., Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike), and anti‑malware/exploit prevention across cloud‑hosted workloads and user devices.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365 security tools and controls.
• Strong, hands‑on expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and DLP policy configuration.
• Solid working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud security controls, with practical experience in network and perimeter protection.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as BNM‑RMiT, MAS TRM, and international best practices (like ISO 27001).
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: M365 Security Administrator (SC-200 or SC-400), Azure Security Engineer Associate / AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CISM.
