Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Hybrid Cloud Leader to blend hands-on cloud architecture, DevOps, IT risk, and cloud security. You will guide migrations across public and hybrid platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, OCI) and shape governance around security controls.

You will manage cross-functional teams, employ Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, and maintain senior client relationships while delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a technical discipline.
• 4+ years in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, risk/security management, or tech consulting.
• Proven AWS/Azure migration & architecture experience with enterprise networking and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration and architecture across public and hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, OCI).
• Design and implement cloud security governance and controls.
• Deliver DevOps/DevSecOps practices and automated operations.
• Manage projects and client relationships using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
