Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) in Shah Alam, Selangor invites a DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and manage cloud and on‑prem infrastructure using IaC and modern CI/CD practices.

You will work with AWS, Azure, and GCP, implement Terraform and Ansible, containerized tech (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Bash/Python), and uphold security, reliability, and performance while collaborating with agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• AWS, Azure, GCP, or Ansible certifications are preferred.
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and manage cloud and on‑prem infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines; support containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Automate deployments, patching, upgrades, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve infrastructure incidents within SLA.
