Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Receptionist, located in Seremban. The successful candidate will perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting patients, and managing clerical tasks. The candidate will ensure a smooth operation of front office activities and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Start as soon as possible.
  • Diploma at any relevant field.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills.
  • Clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Additional languages are a bonus!
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own transport and able to drive.
  • Creative with ability to use Capcut & Canva professionally.
