Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Registered Dietitian with relevant professional body, where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical dietetics experience in a healthcare setting.
• Good communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in private healthcare or food service management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessment and provide appropriate dietetic care and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
• Provide nutrition counselling and education to patients and caregivers.
• Recommend therapeutic diets, oral nutritional supplements and enteral feeding where required.
• Monitor outsourced inpatient meal services, therapeutic diets, food quality and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in health promotion, wellness, quality improvement and ISO 9001:2015 activities.
• Maintain proper clinical documentation and reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
