Job summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Malaysia to conduct product demonstrations and respond to customer queries. Ideal candidates should have experience in ultrasound scanning and engage effectively with end users. This role requires occasional travel and weekend work. Competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Ultrasound scanning experience preferably as a sonographer or clinical background with a radiographer or medical technologist experience.
• Experience as an ultrasound clinical applications specialist or familiarity with ultrasound products.
• Technical exposure in Clinical settings like O&G, Radiology & Cardiology, Veterinary departments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demo focusing on end users as target group.
• Respond to day-to-day equipment-related queries.
• Engage customers on features and benefits of products.
• Commute from point to point; travel to east Malaysia may be needed based on customer requests.
• Work over the weekend occasionally (replacement leave applicable).

Overview

Clinical Specialist is responsible for mastering the knowledge of a product and sharing his knowledge to internal and external customers. Clinical Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the buyer of a product can function the product appropriately and can maximize all the features of the product as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demo focusing on end users as target group
• Responding to day-to-day equipment related queries.
• Engaging customers on features and benefit of products, preferably sensitive to address customer need by providing solutions
• Required to commute from point to point and need to travel outstation areas in east Malaysia depends on request from customers
• Required to work over the weekend from time to time (replacement leave is applicable)

Requirements

• Have ultrasound scanning experience preferably sonographer or clinical background with radiographer or medical technologist experience
• Experience as an ultrasound clinical applications specialist or familiar with ultrasound product
• Technical exposure in Clinical settings like O&G, Radiology & Cardiology, Veterinary departments will be an added advantage.
