Job description

Manage dailyclinic operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of patient care.

Lead, evaluate and supervise clinic staff, including training, scheduling, performance management, providing ongoing support and development, and fostering a positive work environment.

Coordinate patient scheduling, manage patient complaints, ensureoptimal resource utilizationand assurea positive experience for patients and their families.

Monitor and improve the quality of care delivered to patients.

Handle patient complaints and concerns, and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and create a positive experience.

Oversee clinic budgets, manage expenses, monitor financial performance, and ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.

Handle administrative tasks such as managing patient records, maintainingsupplies and equipment inventory, and generating reports for the Management.

Ensure the clinic complies with healthcare regulations, safety standards, internal policies and legal guidelines, and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact and communication link between staff, patients, and the Management.

Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and special projects to improve operations and patient care.

Assist in any ad-hoc taskgiven from time to time.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff and the Management.

Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in administrative and financial tasks, including budgeting and billing.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is an added advantage

Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is an added advantage

Ability to handle stress and complex situations.
