Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and improve clinic sales performance, patient volume, and service profitability.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase patient visits, corporate panels, and health screening sales.
  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve monthly revenue and performance targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (e.g. corporate tie‑ups, vaccination programs, community events).
  • Lead, guide, and motivate clinic staff to achieve service and sales goals.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and training to enhance service quality and sales competency.
  • Manage stock, supplies, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and handle patient feedback professionally.
Requirements
