Key Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within healthcare, aesthetic, or beauty clinics
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, clinic workflows, and patient care standards (advantage)
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in clinic systems, software, and basic operational terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia
    (Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage)
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation

  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, healthcare regulations, and safety standards

  • Monitor clinic performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency

  • Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, front desk, and support teams

2. Patient Experience & Service Excellence
  • Uphold a patient-centric culture, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professionalism

  • Handle patient concerns, feedback, and escalations promptly and diplomatically

  • Continuously improve patient engagement, retention, and service quality

3. Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team including clinic consultants, therapists/beauticians, staff nurses, and support staff

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture

  • Conduct quarterly staff performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions

  • Identify training needs and support staff development and growth

4. Inventory & Vendor Management
  • Manage medical and non-medical inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels

  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and cost control

  • Monitor usage, wastage, and expiry to maintain efficiency and compliance

5. Facility & Safety Management
  • Ensure clinic facilities are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety standards

  • Address maintenance issues promptly and liaise with vendors when required

  • Uphold a professional and welcoming clinic environment at all times

6. Business & Growth Support
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality

  • Collaborate with management to identify treatment and product promotions

  • Support initiatives to expand patient base, improve retention, and drive clinic performance

  • Provide operational insights and reports to management when required

7. Other Duties
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management as part of clinic operations and business needs
