Position: Clinic Assistant
Salary Package: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Location: Taman Penderosa, Johor Bahru
Company Background: Aesthetic Clinic
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assist patients on registration
• Assist doctor/nurses with examinations and routine procedures
• Assist in preparing and dispensing medications
• Assist in clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism
• Answer and handle incoming calls on inquiries accordingly
• Monitor supplies of inventories and medications
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
• Keep the clinic area clean and tidy

Requirements

• At least SPM graduates
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Able to do sales and basic marketing
• Extrovert character
• Fluent in English, Malay, adding point if Mandarin
• Have relevant working experience in any Clinic / Healthcare Centre
