Clinic Assistant / Admin

We are looking for Clinic Assistant / Admin under employment to be based in Klinik Medilove Maluri.

Job Responsibilities
  • Registering patients and preparing medicine for them.
  • Maintaining patient records and overseeing daily clinic operations.
  • Assisting with clinical tasks as directed by the Doctor.
  • Ensuring proper upkeep of the clinic.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry and billing.
  • Managing the clinic's appointment system and scheduling appointments
  • Responding to phone calls and general inquiries.
  • Handling patient inquiries ethically and professionally
  • Maitaining a positive relationship with patients and colleagues
  • Participating in marketing and branding activities organized by management
  • Undertaking any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
  • Basic computer knowledge (words, excel, canva, PDF)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in team
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays if required
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English; knowledge of other languages are an advantage.
