Job summary

A healthcare clinic in Klang City is looking for a team member who will interact directly with patients, support healthcare providers, and ensure smooth operations. This role involves direct patient interaction, supporting healthcare providers, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The candidate must be flexible and able to work on a rotational shift, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties
    • Greet, register and assist patients upon arrival.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
    • Handle phone calls, patient inquiries, and appointment reminders.
    • Support billing processes and insurance documentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
  • Clinical Support
    • Assist doctors during procedures when required.
    • Clean, prepare and disinfect examination rooms and tools.
    • Monitor stock levels of medical supplies and reorder as needed.
    • Manage specimen collection, labelling and transportation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures is preferred. Otherwise, training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for clinic management software.
