Description

Your job duties will include;

  • Lead and develop a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service to global clients.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, performance, and service delivery targets across all finance pillars - PTP, OTC and RTR
  • Act as a key point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing partnership success.
  • Work closely with clients as a third-party service provider, building strong relationships and addressing service needs proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and enhance service excellence.
Profile

A successful BPO professional should have:

  • Experience working in a BPO or Shared Services/SSC environment.
  • Proven background managing a team in an operations or service delivery capacity.
  • Strong client management skills, especially in handling new clients or transitions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
