Operating since 1997 as a licensed fund manager, Capital Dynamics is expanding into unit trust management business in Malaysia. We seek Client Services Associates to support our fast-growing base of investors.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Resolve constant flow of clients’ enquiries and feedback in a timely, professional and efficient manner;
  • Assist with on-boarding of investors and KYC review;
  • Liase with the fund administration team and other internal departments to ensure proper procedures and documentation on matters related to clients’ transactions;
  • Establish rapport and long‑term relationships with clients;
  • Set up and maintaining investor records in CRM; and
  • Assist in building up new processes and suggesting enhancements.
Requirements
  • Degree holder from a reputable university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management and/or sales support operations in financial services industry. Experienced hire can be considered for more senior‑level role.
  • Diligent and comfortable working in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
  • Client‑focused, good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses the ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Candidates with knowledge and experience in dealing with unit trusts and FIMM‑registered unit trust scheme consultants would have an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
