Job summary

A local architecture firm in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced Architectural Clerk of Works to ensure compliance with construction documentation and manage site inspections. The role requires at least a Diploma in Architecture or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with previous experience in hospital construction projects will have a competitive edge. This position offers a salary of RM 4,700.00 - 5,000.00 per month.

• To handle all matters in ensuring compliance with the construction documents.
• To carry out inspection/test at site and prepare report.
• To ensure all works are constructed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures method statements.
• Willing to work at Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru (local people are encouraged to apply).
• To assist in managing contract documents.
