Your Role in Brief
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, and execute all on-site construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role is responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements to achieve timely and successful completion of major infrastructure projects.
Your Key Accountabilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure major infrastructure work progress aligns with the project schedule, specifications, and quality, environmental, safety, and health (QESH) requirements.
Identify and report any technical or site issues promptly, and work with consultants and contractors to resolve them efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including permits, work progress, inspection reports, drawings, and other related documentation.
Ensure all site activities comply with the company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess:
Qualification
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy
Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion
Technical Skills
Possess knowledge and/or familiar with QESHMS
Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software
Proficient in English and Malay
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices.
