  • Ensure accurate information is entered into the ALDEC system.
  • Advise the customs job number to CB Customer Service once the shipment is declared.
  • Attend customs refresher training, if any.

This position is responsible to declare shipment via ALDEC system based on Customer Company status and adhered Royal Malaysian Custom Act.

Responsibilities
  • Verify, check, and validate all documents such as invoice, packing list, and AWB for correct quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
  • Ensure accurate information is entered into the ALDEC system with the correct quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
  • Advise the customs job number to CB Customer Service once the shipment is declared.
  • Attend customs refresher training, if any.
  • Accept any job responsibilities assigned by the Superior.
  • The above job responsibilities are subject to revision.
Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM with at least three (3) years of working experience in the logistics industry
  • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is an advantage
  • Knowledge of customs management systems is an added advantage
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
