An automotive company located in Petaling Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform various administrative tasks related to dealer personnel management and training. Candidates should have a diploma or certificate and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with dealer personnel and internal teams.
Perform the New Recruit Readiness Assessment (NRRA) verification and update the data in Dealer Personnel Management System (DPMS) by communicating with dealer personnel.
Execute training administrative task ordering F&B.
Checking and validating dealer personnel data in Dealer Personnel Management System by communicating with dealer personnel. Highlight to respective department in any inaccuracy data.
Conduct verification on dealer personnel profile in Dealer Personnel Declaration Form (DPDF) and to communicate with dealer personnel to ensure smooth activity execution.
Check and grant access on the operational ID in the system after all the documents are submitted in timely manner.
Ensure training records are accurately maintained and updated for internal teams, divisions, and dealership partners.
Effectively communicate and update relevant information on timely and periodically basis to management member and team.
Facilitate feedback and communicate with internal divisions, departments, Honda Management and Dealer Management (when needed) to share relevant training related matters.
Perform review of own activity plan and assist in unit business plan and strategy review through participating, contributing and providing analysis through Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) activities to maximize performance to achieve section and departmental objectives.
Participate in special assignment or event organized and assigned when necessary.
Adhoc - Task for those that arise unexpectedly or are not part of regular operations.
