Responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom environmental surveys and area buy-offs.
• Conduct routine and event-driven sampling of equipment, process tools, and materials.
• Measure and analyze process samples to monitor for contamination.
• Enforce cleanroom protocol compliance and documentation.
