Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and promptly process claims, assess PAFs, and issue LOGs for assigned client accounts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
  • Handle enquiries from members, clients, and service providers regarding claims, where required, via the benefits team hotline.
  • Work independently while supporting the team’s daily operations to enhance overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage documentation, verify information, coordinate with internal and external parties, and ensure timely follow-up for each case.
