A global insurance provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Claims Manager to oversee financial lines claims handling and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in claims management and a strong understanding of legal frameworks in Malaysia. This role involves stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and leadership within the claims team.
Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Provide leadership, direction and coordination of operational activities within the team, including driving change and optimise service delivery. Jobs responsible for or involved in all stages of insurance claims handling and settlement including claims processing/data entry, claims customer support, claims adjusting, claims investigations and case management.
To lead and manage the financial lines claims portfolio, ensuring timely, fair, and accurate claims handling in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. This role will also support strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
