Job summary

Magni Sutera Resources is seeking a capable engineer to provide technical support to the operation team. The role involves Tender Briefing and Tender Evaluation (technical) and coordinating with clients, consultants, and construction teams.

You will liaise with consultant civil & structure engineers for design and project management of civil and structural projects, including landed and high-rise housing, industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings, plus bridges and foundations.

• Involved in Tender Briefing and Tender Evaluation (technical).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
• Liaise with consultant civil & structure engineers for design and project management.
• Designs cover landed and high-rise housing, industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors.
• Monitor contractor works and supervise; manage quality, communications, and meetings.

Liaise with consultant civil & structure engineer responsible for structure design and project management of civil and structure engineering projects.

Design works involve landed and high-rise housing projects, industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings involving concrete and steel structures, civil infrastructure works, and other structures such as bridges, retaining wall structures, water retaining structures, foundations, etc.

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractor.

Project management works include monitoring and supervision of contractor's works, quality management, correspondences and project meetings, liaisons with clients and other consultants, authorities, etc.
