Position: Civil & Structural Engineer (Permanent)
Location: Desa Melawati, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range: RM5,000 – RM7,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in Desa Melawati. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, safe, and cost-effective engineering designs and ensuring that all works meet regulatory standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform civil and structural engineering design works, including the preparation of drawings and reports.

Prepare and submit design documents for review and approval by relevant authorities.

Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.

Provide technical advice and innovative engineering solutions to support project delivery.

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Manage project timelines to ensure completion within schedule and budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Second Class or above).

Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Orion, Tedd, Infravera, or similar software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsible, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

Familiar with local authority submission and approval processes.

Experience in steel structure design and site supervision will be an added advantage.

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package starting from RM5,000 per month will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
