Job description

Supports senior engineers by performing technical tasks on construction sites, including inspecting work, conducting tests (soil, materials), ensuring safety/compliance, preparing reports, reading blueprints, and coordinating with contractors, to help build roads, bridges, and buildings, ensuring projects meet design specs and regulation

Key Responsibilities

Site Monitoring & Inspection: Oversee daily site activities, monitor progress, and check work quality against plans, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Technical Support: Assist with field/lab tests, provide technical solutions to site problems, and help with site surveys.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, document project progress, and maintain records for management.

Communication: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and other departments to resolve technical issues.

Design & Planning: Review blueprints, implement project requirements, and assist in planning site activities.

Compliance: Ensure work adheres to design specifications, building codes, and safety/environmental regulations.
