• Project management: Prepare project plans, manage budgets and resources, and oversee all phases of a project, from initial design to final construction and maintenance.
• Construction supervision: Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and meets quality standards.
• Environmental assessment: Evaluate a project's potential environmental impact and incorporate sustainable design principles into the plans.
• Problem-solving: Identify and rectify any design or development problems that arise during a project.
