Asas Jati Enterprise is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jitra, Kedah. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and implementation of a variety of infrastructure projects, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects within the civil and structural engineering industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting site assessments and surveys to gather data and information necessary for project planning and design
• Designing and developing civil engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for various infrastructure projects
• Overseeing the construction and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction crews, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Performing structural analyses and calculations to ensure the safety and integrity of engineering designs
• Monitoring and inspecting construction sites to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation related to project progress, costs, and compliance

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with construction management and project management methodologies
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or a relevant professional certification is preferred
