Own the end‑to‑end technology strategy and product architecture across all modules (Accounting, HR, POS, CRM, Inventory and etc).
Design a modular, microservices platform with robust APIs, multi‑tenant architecture, and unified data models.
Lead AI initiatives: predictive analytics, NLP assistants, recommendations, anomaly detection.
Build and mentor a high‑performing engineering team (backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, Data/AI).
Partner with the Founder on roadmaps, budgets, milestones, investor/client presentations.
Ship fast, improve continuously, and keep uptime high.
Laravel/Node.js, React/Vue, Flutter, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Python (ML), Docker/Kubernetes, REST/GraphQL, GitHub/GitLab, Terraform.
10+ years in software engineering with 5 years above as CTO/Head of Engineering/Tech Director.
Able to communicate in Chinese will be added advantage.
Delivered SaaS/ERP at scale; comfortable with payments, subscriptions, role‑based access, reporting.
Led 10+ engineers; set standards for code quality, security, and velocity.
Proven record aligning tech with business outcomes.
Experience in HRMS/Payroll (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB), Accounting/ERP, POS/Inventory systems, BI/analytics dashboards, data pipelines.
