We are seeking a visionary, commercially minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead brand growth, digital acceleration, customer engagement, and menu innovation. This role leads a high‑performing cross‑functional marketing organization spanning Brand & Communications, E‑commerce, CRM & Loyalty, Commercial Planning (Data & Analytics), and Food Development.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communications
- Define and execute brand vision and strategy.
- Lead ATL, digital, social, influencer, and PR campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
E-Commerce & Digital Platforms
- Oversee performance of digital platforms (website, app, aggregator partnerships).
- Optimize UX/UI, conversion, and customer journey.
- Lead platform development with internal tech teams.
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management
- Develop retention, loyalty, and 1:1 marketing programs.
- Maximize customer lifetime value through data-driven engagement.
- Manage CRM tech stack and performance measurement.
Commercial Planning & Analytics
- Build and lead analytics team.
- Drive insights for pricing, promotions, product strategy, and marketing ROI.
- Own forecasting, dashboards, and evidence-based decision-making.
Food/Product Development (Marketing-Led)
- Lead product/food innovation pipeline.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain for feasibility and quality.
- Ensure menu innovation supports brand equity and market leadership.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and inspire a 25–30 member marketing, digital, analytics, and food dev team.
- Manage agency and platform partnerships.
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer‑centricity, and accountability.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or digital‑first consumer businesses.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, e‑commerce, CRM, and brand building.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams (brand, digital, insights, product, and innovation).
- Proven success leading large-scale teams (20+ headcount).
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and understanding of P&L drivers.
- Experience working with or managing digital product development teams.
- Experience working with food aggregators, loyalty ecosystems, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Background in franchise or multi‑market operations.
