About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT (CIO/IT Director) to lead our retail supply chain technology operations across supermarkets, hypermarkets, mini-marts, departmental stores, and international imports. This role drives digital transformation, enhances supply chain efficiency, ensures POS and e-commerce excellence, and safeguards global compliance and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business and supply chain goals.
• Oversee ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics.
• Drive digital transformation and AI/ML adoption for forecasting and logistics optimization.
• Ensure cybersecurity, global compliance, and cross-border data security.
• Lead IT teams, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee IT budgets.
• Collaborate with retail, procurement, and logistics teams to integrate technology across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15+ years in IT with 5–7 years in leadership, ideally in retail, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record in ERP rollouts, POS integrations, and digital transformation.
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, CSCP, or ERP-specific (e.g., SAP) are a plus.
• Expertise in ERP, POS, CRM, cloud (AWS/Azure), and analytics (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and cross-cultural communication abilities.
