Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead all financial operations across NCap’s ecosystem of P2P and off-P2P products.

You will design and maintain financial control frameworks, manage trustee reporting, and ensure statutory, accounting, and regulatory compliance across all SPVs and investment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee fund flow, treasury, and redemption management across all programs and issuances.
  • Maintain trustee and regulatory reporting, ensuring timely and transparent communication with external stakeholders.
  • Supervise financial modeling, fund allocation tracking, and project-level disbursement readiness.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and trustees to ensure compliance and governance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk control for the group and its SPVs.
  • Implement internal controls and reporting systems for investor confidence and audit readiness.
Core KPIs
  • 100% accuracy and timeliness of monthly trustee and management reports.
  • Effective fund deployment and disbursement control.
  • Clean annual audit completion with zero qualification remarks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in fund management, investment banking, or structured finance.
  • Strong understanding of P2P finance frameworks, trustee structures, and capital market instruments (RCPS, notes, etc.).
  • Experience liaising with regulators, auditors, and trustee institutions in Malaysia or Singapore.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Compensation

Negotiable, commensurate with experience. Performance incentives and participation in group profit-sharing programs may be offered to outstanding candidates.
