Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, consistency, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Implement best practices and maintain operational processes to simplify internal workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Optimize supply chain management and cost controls for maximum profitability.
Business Expansion
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for opening new outlets within Malaysia and internationally.
  • Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and expanding the brand's global presence.
  • Form strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Review and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure the company's financial health and stability by implementing sound fiscal policies.
  • Drive initiatives to increase revenue streams and profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Team Development
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive team.

Brand Management
  • Safeguard the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all locations and platforms.

Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO certifications (if applicable).
  • Identify and mitigate risk related to operations, finance, and market conditions.
  • Uphold ethical standards and corporate governance.
Job requirements
  • The ability to communicate in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Must have at least 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the F&B, retail, or hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-location operations and achieving business growth.
  • Able to work in the HQ Office at Johor Bahru.
