Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, consistency, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Implement best practices and maintain operational processes to simplify internal workflows and improve service delivery.
- Optimize supply chain management and cost controls for maximum profitability.
Business Expansion
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for opening new outlets within Malaysia and internationally.
- Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and expanding the brand's global presence.
- Form strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting and resource allocation.
- Review and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure the company's financial health and stability by implementing sound fiscal policies.
- Drive initiatives to increase revenue streams and profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Act as the company's primary spokesperson, representing the brand in public and at industry events.
- Engage with the board of directors, providing regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Team Development
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and professional growth.

Brand Management
- Safeguard the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all locations and platforms.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative product offerings and exceptional service.
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO certifications (if applicable).
- Identify and mitigate risk related to operations, finance, and market conditions.
- Uphold ethical standards and corporate governance.
Job requirements
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Must have at least 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the F&B, retail, or hotel industry.
- Proven track record of scaling multi-location operations and achieving business growth.
- Able to work in the HQ Office at Johor Bahru.
