This is an exciting opportunity to join AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT' as the Chief Executive Officer. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and overall business performance of the organisation. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will be based in Johor and will be accountable for leading the company's operations and ensuring the achievement of ambitious commercial and operational goals.

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organisation, developing and implementing the company's long-term vision and business strategy.

Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, sales, marketing, HR, and technology.

Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Represent the company externally, engaging with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth, diversification, and market expansion.

Ensure the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business, ideally within the CEO & General Management industry.
