Overview

Your Contribution

Responsibilities
  • Mainly support site manager Kulim to implement the management decisions and follow up the process status of some projects;
  • Assist site manager Kulim to optimize the plant process to achieve the KPI’s target and save cost. KPIs monitoring with different departments;
  • Daily management of plant issues and administrative improvements
  • Work together with shared service ( HR, Purchase, Finance, Logistics) for the best solutions for site Kulim;
  • Schedule and prepare for plant / group appointments, meetings and activities, as well as presentations, translations, meeting minutes and so on;
  • Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and other executives, managers, and employees; and between the executive and external parties such as media, customers, and the public.
  • Monitor, review, and approve standard administration expenditures to ensure that the activities are conducted with approved budgets.
  • Perform other administrative tasks, such as travelling, coordinating internal and customers visit etc.
  • Follow up the status of tasks in major projects
Your Profile
  • Basic knowledge on project management
  • Strong coordinating/organizing ability
  • Sound understanding and commitment to reliability and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills in English; Chinese/Mandrin would be a plus
  • Computerskills: presentation, excel etc.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork orientated
  • Min. 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor Degree
