Beibu Gulf Holding (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a seasoned Substation Operations Manager to lead technical management of substations in Kuantan Industrial Park and ensure round-the-clock safe operation.

You will coordinate with Energy Commission (ST) and TNB, oversee third-party teams, and manage asset lifecycle while upholding regulatory compliance and high reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above; locally recognised qualifications or degrees accredited by China's Ministry of Education.
• Basic communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 6 years of substation operation and management experience.
• Familiar with Malaysian substation operation and maintenance codes.
• Strong technical proficiency; able to communicate with the Energy Commission (ST) and TNB.
• Strong service mindset and hardworking.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine maintenance of power grid equipment, including planning and full-lifecycle asset management

Be responsible for the overall technical management and operation of substations and power distribution facilities in Kuantan Industrial Park, and coordinate with various parties to ensure round-the-clock safe operation of substations.
