• Experience with Service Management systems.
• Familiarity with operational documentation such as SOP, MOP.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage site works for critical infrastructure and risks.
• Lead performance analysis and reporting on infrastructure.
