  • React to feedback or complaints received through suggestion box, customer care line, walk‑in customers or other media effectively.
  • Ensure the services provided for customers are constantly updated and maintained to avoid confusion and inconveniences.
  • Organize customer activity in maintaining a good store‑customer relation.
  • Identify, analyze and react to customer surveys to enhance AEON's image.
  • Focus on welcoming customers properly by the team.
  • Organize team accordance to customer flow.
  • Monitor check‑out counter to ensure no queue at cashier line and smooth flow of customers.
  • Attend to customers enquiries as required.
  • Organize the returning process for goods left by customers at cashier lines.
  • Ensure that hygiene, safety and security rules are respected.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • Monitor refund and return process in accordance with the procedures.
  • Monitor problem/complaint handling to customer transaction processes.
  • Check Store Sales Report for accuracy.
  • Check the Supervisor Intervention Report.
  • Monitor cashier process and procedures compliance.
  • Ensure that all items are keyed‑in in the right department.
  • Control merchandise flow according to cashier procedures.
  • Take on duty as Acting Store Manager on a periodic basis.
  • Ensure that the transition of cash is highly secured with top safety condition.
  • Participate with the management team to formulate store priorities.
  • Observe and comply with company policies.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and feedback.
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback for further follow‑up and strategic action plans.
  • Maintain a good platform and tools for customer suggestions.
  • Develop and maintain efficient internal and external communications.
  • Lead and organize customer‑related activities in the store.
  • Ensure OKR productivity indicators achieve the national target.
  • Ensure Golden Rules achieve the national target, employee training and development.
  • Conduct team briefing every morning.
  • Arrange operational plan and working schedule for subordinates.
  • Counsel and motivate subordinates.
  • Attend to subordinate issues as needed.
  • Organise and conduct professional training for subordinates.
  • Train new cashiers on customer service.
  • Train cashiers on the process and procedures.
  • Control knowledge of procedures and ensure its strict implementation.
  • Share necessary feedback, experience, knowledge and know‑how with front‑liners in the store to improve professionalism image.
  • Continuously measure training needs of all front‑liners in the store.
  • Conduct training based on cashier procedures.
  • Conduct scanning speed twice a month.
  • Perform daily cash inventory and ensure float respects cluster policy.
  • Check stock‑card and reorder based on customer flow.
  • Ensure accuracy of daily turnover.
  • Propose and respect forecast, especially on labor cost and operating expenses.
  • Monitor expenses and labor cost.
  • Keep company assets in good working condition.
  • Supervise cashier activities ensuring procedures are followed strictly.
  • Manage internal leaflet distribution and wrappings for good cost control.
  • Monitor returning process at information counter.
