A leading palm oil producer in Malaysia is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to assist the Head of Laboratory with daily operations, implement ISO standards, and supervise laboratory analysts. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and 1-2 years of laboratory experience is preferred. This role provides a dynamic work environment focused on quality and safety in laboratory practices.
Assist the Head of Laboratory in the daily operations of the laboratory.
Assist the Head of Laboratory in implementing the MS ISO/IEC 17025 management system and good laboratory practices.
Review and analyze test results generated from the laboratory activities.
Assist in the development and validation of test methods to maintain quality, productivity, and consistency.
Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory analysts to ensure safe, accurate, and effective work performance.
