Qualifications

Job description

Lead, control and motivate a team of operators for production

Preparing, weighing and setting of quantities of raw material for production in accordance to exact instructions provided in the production sheets

Mixing of additives

Supervision of product flow

Constantly checking the production parameters and correct where possible

Monitoring of produced product

Unloading and packing of outgoing deliveries (road tanker truck, iso-tanker or IBC container)

Filling of all required factory forms (production, deliveries, …)

Maintenance

Preventive maintenance of factory equipment

Informing management on required replacement of equipment or spare parts

Informing management of any shortcomings or possible improvements to the production equipment

Cleaning of installation (basic cleaning after every batch + at regular intervals general cleaning) and general contribution to the order and cleanliness of the department and the factory

Factory (flooring and drainage) cleaning

Check the level of the waste water tank and organise collection if needed

Stock Management

Daily check of available quantities of raw materials

Inform management on time on required orders of raw materials

Check, unload and organise incoming deliveries of raw materials

Control of available stock of finished product

Reporting Line

Direct line reporting to the Plant Manager

In 2018 we have also started GOVI CAST Sdn. Bhd. which is a dedicated company for the production of calcium stearate dispersions. We operate two state of the art fully automated production lines.
