Position: Head Chef

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Responsibilities:

Oversee overall kitchen operations and maintain food quality standards.

Develop and standardize recipes and menu items.

Supervise, train, and lead the kitchen team.

Manage inventory, food cost, and hygiene compliance.

Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Experience in Japanese or casual dining cuisine preferred.

Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about food.

Position: Sous Chef

Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,500

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating according to standards.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the kitchen area.

Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.

Experience in Japanese cuisine is an added advantage.

Able to work well under pressure and in a team setting.

Salary Range: RM2,000 – RM3,000

Responsibilities:

Support chefs in food preparation, washing, and simple cooking tasks.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment organization.

Assist with daily kitchen operations as needed.

Requirements:

No experience required; training will be provided.

Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.

Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
