We’re looking for a creative and reliable Chef to lead our kitchen and help execute a menu that enhances the craft beer experience.

Job Requirements
  • Execute and maintain a well-curated menu that pairs well with craft beer selections.
  • Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently during service hours.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure all food is prepared safely and consistently according to health code standards.
  • Monitor inventory, track food costs, and coordinate with management on ordering and budgeting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage, and prep areas.
  • Collaborate with bar staff on beer pairings, special events, and seasonal menu changes.
  • Maintain portion control and quality standards to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
  • Handle equipment maintenance and report any needs for repairs or replacements.
