Channel Operations & Strategy (HiP), Senior Executive/Executive

Assist Department Head to develop comprehensive sales strategies and campaigns.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing to align with promotional campaigns.

Generate regular sales reports and analytics to track performance.

Analyze Dealers & Insurance Panels performance and recommend growth opportunities.

Perform daily sales operational functions and assist in data compilation and prepare regular reports for Department Head to review.

Coordinating sales activities and monitor the result of sales activities.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for sales team.

Ad-hoc functions as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferably with min 1 year working experience in automotive or related industry, however fresh graduates with some working experience may apply.

Possess at least a Degree in related field e. Management/ Business Studies/ Marketing/Economics.

Demonstrate numeric sensitive skills able to translate data points into actionable items.

Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (eg Excel, Power point & any other analytics).

Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
