Responsibilities
- Drive channel/dealer network planning and market expansion in local market, including partner identification, negotiation, and execution to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support channel strategy and distributor development.
- Monitor dealer performance (sales, service, CSI, profitability) and support business planning with corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure dealer operations align with brand standards through audits, compliance checks, and improvement guidance.
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships through regular communication, conflict resolution, and dealer engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Manufacturing, or related fields. Background in automotive marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience; experience in market development and marketing in local market is a must.
- Familiar with international trade practices and processes, with strong capabilities in channel development and management.
- Experience in system and process development.
- Proficient in office software; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
- Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
