Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in channel management, distribution strategy, or commercial execution.
• Experience preferably in automotive or FMCG.
• Strong hands-on experience with channel partners or dealer networks.
• Confident in analyzing sales data and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the strategy of the Wholesale channel and its Associate Dealers network.
• Establish territory diagnostics and identify key market trends.
• Develop annual CTC with sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage the distribution investment budget and partner programs.
