• 5+ years’ experience in change management for technology-driven projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.) across complex industries.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, workforce transition, organizational design, and training delivery.
• Strong background in impact/process analysis, problem-solving, and aligning technical and business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand effects of organizational changes.
• Develop compelling presentations to communicate change initiatives.
• Identify and map key stakeholders for targeted engagement strategies.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning & development.
