Job Purpose and Impact

The Change Management Lead create a comprehensive strategy to support organizational design and related change management to build the organization's capabilities for achieving the organization's strategic objectives. This job partners to design strategies to ensure the organization's design strategy and change agenda are implemented effectively, including analyzing operating model effectiveness, suggesting improvement options, evaluating and re-designing organization structures, and measuring the change capacity within the organization. This job also supports organization design strategy and change management thought leadership to integrate change management approaches.

Key Accountabilities
  • PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION: Develops and implements complex organization design and organizational change initiatives to improve organizational capabilities, promote process improvement initiatives, and evaluate organization design to cultivate employee engagement and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Analyzes organizational needs and develops strategies to support organizational central initiatives, and leads the successful adoption of new or changing processes, programs and strategies.
  • PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Guides and consults partners and teams involved in organization design and change initiatives, coordinating discussions and workshops and applying expertise in organizational change methodologies to deliver effective interventions.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners to understand and align the business capabilities, and engage with stakeholders to help improve awareness and adopt standard organizational design and change practices.
  • PROGRAM ANALYSIS: Partners with leaders and across the center of expertise to deliver development and transformation goals, performing assessments and analyses to find opportunities to enhance operating model efficiency, organization structure, change capacity and skill capabilities.
  • CHANGE ASSESSMENT: Assesses the change impact by identifying key partners, conducting impact analyses, and assessing change readiness for future solution implementations.
  • TEAM ENABLEMENT: Partners to deploy relevant capabilities and facilitate training and collaboration to provide the team with necessary skills, tools and knowledge in support of a culture of learning and knowledge.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Partners with key vendors and collaborators to stay updated on the latest technologies, tools and methodologies, and makes suggestions to improve program design and delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 10+ years, experience as change management or work transformation.
  • General SAP module : Understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, EWM, S/4HANA) or SAP Project experience is added value.
  • Delivered Project Management experience, well knowledge and practical especially in finance, supply chain, commercial and purchasing as well.
  • Willing to be based in CTO location. [Indonesia/Malaysia]
  • Willing to do business trip or travelling accross Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Confirmed ability to achieve compromise and conclusion in complex relationships within a matrix, and handle key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Business background with strong process and organizational skill set.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Could speak Bahasa/Melayu since most of our business location in Indonesia.
  • Confirmed results based execution on medium or large scale initiatives
  • Experience leading enterprise resource planning deployment projects
