Lin Partnership is a dynamic boutique legal firm founded by two partners, focusing on the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate commercial legal services for public and private companies as well as individuals.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and conscientious candidates who are interested in corporate and commercial field to join us as a Pupil and/or Legal Intern.

Successful Candidates Can Expect To:

1. Work in a friendly environment;
2. Work closely and be guided directly by the Partners and other experienced lawyers of our firm;
3. Expose to array of corporate and commercial work including but not limited to legal due diligence, fund raising, drafting commercial agreements, research, structuring of transactions and generally to assist on legal matters and transactions;
4. Be given the opportunity to attend meetings with Partners and associates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Pupil:

1. LLB and Bar/CLP Qualifications;
2. Proficient in English and Malay;
3. Good working attitude, diligent, reliable, responsible, committed to job responsibilities, meticulous and willing to learn;
