Job description

As a Centre Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day operations of the industrial/site, including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, tenant occupancy, and collections.
• Work closely with the team to plan, organize, and execute marketing or engagement activities to increase visibility and traffic within the site.
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead a team of technical and non-technical staff to carry out necessary operational tasks.
• Participate in leasing activities, including promoting available spaces, sourcing potential prospects, negotiating terms, and supporting tenancy administration.
• Maintain strong rapport and positive working relationships with tenants, owners, contractors, and local authorities.
