This is a high‑visibility leadership role for experienced professionals who excel in cross‑functional execution and long‑term category planning. The role influences business‑wide decisions through market intelligence, pricing strategy, and advanced performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Category Strategies
    Drive category sales, profitability, and market share through campaign planning, merchandising, and new product development aligned with customer needs in the health and wellness space.

  • Market and Consumer Insight Analysis
    Monitor health trends, retail data, and consumer behavior to uncover new opportunities and optimize product offerings.

  • Brand and Product Communication
    Work with the Marketing team to craft compelling product stories and campaigns to increase visibility and trust in our offerings.

  • Portfolio and Inventory Management
    Oversee category pricing, margin management, stock forecasting, promotions, and inventory to maintain optimal availability and margin performance.

  • Performance Review and Growth Planning
    Track category performance and suggest actions to strengthen sales, expand seller networks, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Compliance and Industry Awareness
    Stay current with retail pharmacy regulations, health standards, and category best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in category or product management, ideally within retail pharmacy, consumer health, or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience working with nutritional, OTC, or health‑related product lines is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with retail data tools and reporting systems.
  • Work Location: Lake Field Sungai Besi and candidate must be willing to travel to Sarawak HQ or Kulai regional office for physical meetings once a month.
